Ok, I just bought Redken Extreme for brittle hair at the salon. (Forgive me Father for I have sinned!!! I told myself NO more products!) I had been having breakage and I thought to test it out. It's a shampoo and the conditioner was 1/2 off. Everyone at the salon said they loved it. I was wondering if anyone here has tried it before and what you thought.

Okay I used the Redken and I was not pleased. I don't know if it was because it was my first use or not but I didn't see a difference. I had much better results with Mane N' Tail. Save your money ladies.

I've been using Redken for awhile, it works really well for me. I am a product junkie so I use something different every time I wash.  I like Redken Extreme, Matrix, Biolage, Mizani, Bed Head, and Dudley's.

I'm glad you liked it. I let my hair dry and styled it. I will say I had less breakage than I did before hand, but I had better results with other products. I haven't tried Tigi products but alot of people like it.

I just received my Redken Extreme CAT protein recostructing treatment in the mail. I have not used it yet but will report back later in the week with results.
