im thinking about getting blonde hightlights, but my hair is black. is there any way i can go blone w/o bleaching or damaging my hair?

simply put, nope
learn to love what you were born with
you can do anything if you set your mindto it (just dont try this with hair,that could turn out bad)

If your hair is black, blonde highlights might look too harsh, anyway.  You might be better off with brown or red.
