I installed my RK it has a nice bit of curl color is perfect. I washed it this morning. My only complaint is that it is so fine and is geting a bit tangly. It feels fine like synth. I wonder has tis been the case for any of you or just a bad bag? Allso wondering if the treatment places like EP do on the hair are the missing thin here?

my experience with the rk is tanglgy, way shiny and actually felt synth like, it didnt curl good with the curling iron, but did curl good with a dyfuser. it also shed like crazy.

i wore the hair for one week and took it out, i then installed two custom wefts from EP and let me tell you, this hair is awesome, no tangling, NO shedding, its silky and when i dyfuse it the curl is amazing, and when i dry it straight, its hot hot hot!!!

i must take some pics and post them,

anyway- i wont try rk again. i lost $$ on the hair, and when i contacted rk about the quality they just said , sorry

I do love the EP hair. I use it on alot of clients. I guess RK is a hit or mis sort of thing with some getting good bags and others not. I don't think that many who ordered have installed it yet so I guess we will hear later if someone had a good experince. Thank's :)

its very tangly but mine IS 24'' so that could bit it, and very fine, but matches my hair texture.   You have to pull it taut to dry it ewhen its wet because it tangles more..

I dunno, I just haven't had the same tangling problems other people have had. It is very fine- but IMO that's good (better than the really thick coarse BSS hair, anyway). It definitely needs conditioner. But aside from that, it seems to wear pretty well. I just pre-washed a bag of super wavy, and it's still very soft and un-tangly.

Ok ,It must have been the silicone drops I was useing on my hair. It worked great for my last install but not on this. I washed it and conditioned with the stuff from EP  and I put nothing on it yesterday and it dose feel much better! I also cut a lot amount off! It was 22 inches now it's just above my breast and layered. I think the last 5 inches were the problem. I will get much longer than I need next time it's not that much more money any way. I do have to say I have pulled sooooo many grey hairs out that I just put a shades on! I don't have grey hair Ill be damed if my extensions will. I think this is why there colors are so off. They use one formula to color weather it's grey or black and of course get diferent results. It dose still tangle a bit because it's so fine but it's not as bad as it was at frist .

Marie: great info! I have some of that "stuff from EP" that u mention (I think it's same as yours). did it come free w/ your hair, and in a small bottle, white solution? If it's the same, I'll be sure to try that, cause i have tangling w/ my RK superwavy and deepwavy also. I did notice that it did btr when i put KErasilk Ultra rich conditioner on it, but it still tangled  , just not as much. Kerasilk did make it much softer tho and not so wirey feeling. So I think I'm on the road to the solution for tangle-free RK hair. Got some other 'feelers' out for tips. ..

The Ep conditioner has helped but I still don't have that sillky feel that bohyme and EP hair have. I do wonder if it's the sealents that are put on those hairs that help. Ep says they use a Plomer cross-linking treatment on the hair. It's better but not the best I've used.

I've done some googlinh hunting for one of these miracle polymer cross linking treatments.  But there seem to be so many options and none of them seem at all alike.  Do you know anything about them?

OK , I think I figured out the RK problem. If you hit on the cutile free or the remmy  or virgin you end up on the same page. I belive the cutile free is all the double drawn stuff, which is why it dose not say remy. Only the single draw still has the cuticle. That would explain why this hair just dose not feel right. They may not be has good at striping the cuticle as bohyme . I am going to give it one more try and order the remy single draw with extra length to cut off the skinny bottom. I would sugjest that those thinking of ordering do the same since a lot of us have had this problem.
