QuoteReplyTopic: Jodie Foster...Shorter, flippy, layers Posted: September 10 2005 at 6:08pm
In Toronto to promote her new flick at the film festival, Jodie appears on the cover of todays Toronto Sun newspaper sporting a new shorter do. Similar to the look she sported a few years ago, which she quickly grew out again, it barely skims the shoulers in the back, and frames the face with shorter flipped out layers.
In the photo it's obviously been professionally done, so it looks allright. However, I cannot imagine it looking great when she's "off the clock", as I don't picture her as the kind of gal to labor over a tricky blow out, before plugging in her flat iron.
Her usual lack lustre soccer mom bob sort of works for me where she's concerned, since it presents styling options when the need arises, and nicely accomodates a simple ponytail the rest of the time.
Wireimage doesn't have a pic yet, but should over the next day or so...

Sorry all for the above link. I did not attempt to create one, yet there it is anyway. I'm using a different computer(at a cafe), and the words(film festival) just seemed to create a link for themselves.
Just when we think the flip is finally fading... looks like its
going to be a slow death when major celeb's like Jodie start wearing it
to premiers again.
