I guess that it's a wig based on some other photos I've seen, but I think Kelly
Osbourne's hair looks really good in the Fashion Week photos (Heatherette
show, to be specific) from

I hope it isn't a wig. It actually looks kinda cute on her. She looks like a nice person, though I like how she is the only one who is actually smiling and not 'oh-my-gosh-heres-a-camera-time-to-pose' smiling.

Hahah! Poor thing! I think she just needs to tone things down. Like now she has 'normal' (as opposed to her scary movie wigs) looking hair and it suits her. Maybe if she decided to stop wearing fire engine red lipstick smeared across her face or neon yellow eyeshadow. Maybe she's taking baby steps (fingers crossed) :)
