It's the awkward grow-out stage. Updos would be good during this. Normally I'd never say this but she needs her lips done a bit. There's the natural look then there's the masculine look.

How is it that she was looking like this around 2 months ago? Doesn't seem to have cut her hair, but neither has she progressed much!
