I wouldn't bother, they are very slow and their hair is horrible of what I've experienced.  What sort of pre-bonds do you want, pre-tipped do you mean x

If you mean Afrocare International....................WALK AWAY.  They are just con merchants.   Selling BSS yak horse/skunk tail and calling it remi.   I couldn't even be bothered to give them a stink email to tell them what I thought of them.  But I may do that and point them to my "thread of complaint"

http://www.afrocare.com/   -

they sould not lye about their products, I can't stand people like that!!

Hi Kirsty,

I brought this sh*t: http://www.afrocare.com/cgi-local/afro/gethdets.cgi?id=89&am p;am p;T=H

and it tangled the first day I brought it, when it arrived it was evident that I'd been shafted lol!  It was regular bss hair that I could buy in any asian shop in the uk for half the price,  I could practically hear the horse hooves (sp?) as I opened the cheap brown envelope.......

It should not be advertised as remi, too many people jumping on the band wagon,  the brand was just JAZZY HAIR, and it was spelt REMY.  I hate rip of merchants

---------------------------------------------------

I just sent this to the supplier, do you think I should have, but they need to know that we are not about to be ripped off!!

I recently purchased some Remy Yaki http://www.afrocare.com/cgi-local/afro/gethdets.cgi?id=89&am p;T=H#

from you, and was dissapointed to say the least that this hair is NOT remi cuticle correct hair, but just regular cheap stuff I could buy from my local aisian hair shop. I am responding so late as I purchased probably 2 months ago, but I think you should know that there are now many hair forums where people discuss products from suppliers in regards to hair care and extensions etc, and your name has come up with other unsatisfied customers. I buy cuticle remi hair so I KNOW what it is supposed to be like, but wanted to purchase from the UK, as I presumed delivery would be quicker etc. I put the one you sent in and it tangled after about 4 hours!. Please do not advertise remi hair when that is not what you are selling, it is unfair to decent people who work for their money.

I've had Jazzy hair before, they don't even do remi.  They do just regular extension hair.  That's really bad.

I bought their own bodywave and it was like flipping barbie hair x

Hello Amanda

well get this, this was a response they just sent me after my complaint: what a cheek, I am thinking of  a suitable response, she knows as well as I do that they are shafting customers,  by the way, I have already seen your site, but it does look good, hope it throws some business your way girl!

Subject: Re: REMY YAKI

Hi there,

Thank you for the feedback. Good and bad is welcome.

We will pass it onto the manufacturer Jazzy. We are aware that the

manufacturer also offer a (considerably more expensive) 'Bohyme Remy Yaki'

and to be honest the reason we have not yet added it to the site is that the

regular 'Remi Yaki' has proved popular and until now generated nothing but

good feedback.

It may be a good idea to suggest at forums where hair quality is discussed

that the information be passed on to where it will do the most good.

Kind Regards

Jane

I know, I sent another email outlining the point that the "good" was that these forums will save many people from being dissatisified and ripped off by not wasting their money on products that have been falsly advertised!

here was her next bollox reply, sarcastic bit*h,

------------------------------------------------------

Hi again,

What I meant by "do the most good" is this; We buy and sell hair based on demand and customer feedback. When we receive negative feedback about a type of hair, we stop selling it, when customers make requests, we seek what they need. If a customer doesn't direct complaints to us, we can not improve what we offer. . .There are many examples of items that we do in one brand instead of another simply because of customers' feedback. At the minute, positive feedback far outweighs negative regarding the Remy Yaki, however, if only for people like yourself who feel it is not good enough, perhaps we should introduce the more expensive "Bohyme Remi Yaki" as an even better alternative.

Once again, thank you for speaking to us.

Jane
