I've had an e-mail from a lady interested in the UK bohyme that I sell through ebay and my website. She said she was fully qualified in fusion and "shrink-links". I asked her where she did her training in "shrink-links" and this is her response. I nearly fell over!!!
Forgot to put in e-mail. The shrink-link was a course in Manchester by Connect-2Hair.
I love the shrink-link method, but have a huge problem taking them out. They (shrinkies) seem to stick to the own hair and will not budge. I do all the correct procedures, but it just doesn't work with me.
Do you think Mark Barrington should be informed about this lol. She is offering a course actually called shrink-links and obviously selling what is not shrink-links if this lady is having problems getting them out. Is there no end to this woman!
lol Connect-2-hair is that woman aka Soft Gentle Breeze that was coming on the board all the time, the one that has set up an extension chat room, the one that sells horrible hair, the one who Shel had to take to Court etc etc she was eventually banned from this board. x
Hmmm... I just posted on the thread about Shell that we should put her site out there as to warn others. Thats the only good that comes of her poping up and causing trouble. More will now be warned. I have seen a method with simalir name in the trade magizines. I bet she has ripped off that name. You know the same spelling but not quite.

I've had more e-mails from the lady and she says she paid $360, the training took place in an old metal shed in Manchester and it took one hour! Poor woman! x
It appears in exposing SGB aka Connect-2-Hair again for the fraud she is I have offended. Correction to my first post as below as corrected by the lady! It appears that Connect-2-Hair is still lurking!
Hi Amanda
I've just had an e-mail from Connect-2-Hair. She claimed you posted our conversation last night on a chatboard. I am really upset about this as I thought this was a conversation between us two. However I need to put the record straight here -
It was an assesment course as I said only for qualified technicians who have been practising extensions for over 12 month. Also my 1st email I called them shrink link (my fault) but on the next I have read out what is on the certificate - shrink tube- I have also not mentioned any time scale to you ( 1 hour ??) This lady was very helpful and I am upset that you have posted this post as it is not correct, you have not mentioned in the post that it was actually shrink tube. I have found the post and will need to put the record straight. I is not in my nature to sl*g anyone off, but just need to be fair.
I am the lady who had the assessment course with Connect-2-Hair and I need to put the record straight here about a posting by Amanda.
Here is the email sent to Amanda today which should clarify things.

Amanda I am sorry you did not like this e-mail as you have just refunded my payment for the colour ring I've ordered last night, but things need to be kept kept in perspective.
Sorry you wasted your money trying to learn this method from connect-2-hair. $360 and you didn't get the correct technique for a removal? Sounds like you should seek a refund.
Zephyr emailed me a few weeks ago wanting me to give her instructions and asked to use my demo for this so called class. Not exactly the actions of someone "prepared" or having enough experience as she's soliciting help from people in email. Obviously she didn't know who she was contacting. Or she's just incredibly stupid. I place my money on the latter.
Your "teacher" has no experience with this extension method that would even remotely qualify her to take money and stand as an example for those learning.
My point exactly. I don't come onto this board to insult or post wrong information. Its an information board and a board that welcomes information if someone is getting ripped off. That's the only reason I posted it to make sure someone else doesn't get ripped off by this woman. I am sorry I offended, it wasn't my intention. I thought the writer of the e-mail to me wouldn't mind it if the information I posted could help someone else.x
lotus - do a board search and you'll see many examples of how to DIY for installation and removal which is free public information and sounds like more beneficial/informative for you. i don't know what the deal is and who's a lurker or not, but if the person from whom you took the course is that helpful as you say, then i think you should be contacting her for help. you paid good money for training after all, and i would think that would include removal.
