Oh my friend is HOT right now.  She emailed the email that Koffee posted here and Maria answered it and said something about sending lots of emails that must have not arrived and "email problems".  She said that she had notified my friend that the order she sent with the tracking # that never did work was held up somewhere and sent back or something.  On the 20th she then promised to send my friend a tracking # first thing in the morning.  She emailed her again at the email Koffee provided because she still hadn't received a tracking #.  The lady STILL hasn't provided her with one but wrote back saying that the last order (the one with the bogus tracking #) she sent hair that was 4 inches shorter than what she had originally ordered but this time she would send the correct length. HUH??  She said she would send the hair tomorrow.

She's been forwarding me the emails and they are getting pretty confusing because everyday the promise to do something the next day which never gets done. 

An email from the 24th of september says

Yes, we are shipping your hair tomorrow night. beautiful hair like your
requriement.  Sorry for my long silence, but we
have finish only the saturday night.

 

Email from the 4th of this month says

 have sent the hair only today, sorry but was impossible before, we have sent
a beautiful hair like you was expecting, no less, your trucking number is: (tracking # that never worked)

Email from sept 20th

I think you can't received my e-mail, I'm not sure why, but the last 2 week i
have problems with the e-mails, i have many mails  that has been return.

Re the curly hair, like i has informed, this tuesday 20 of September, i'll
received the hair for you, and will send you asap, with the gift hair.

Pretty annoying stuff.

Cherrycoke,  I am sorry to hear about this... Tell ur friend to be persistent.  This sounds similar to some of the email exchanges I had w/them.  It sounds to me like they just over sold themselves.  I cant remember if u said ur friend did Wester U w/CC or not but tell her to threaten to refund from CC.  I think at some point thats what I did.  Also on my package the zip code was a lil off so it took longer to get to me and wasnt showing up properly in the system b/c of it.  I think from the point in time that they gave me a tracking number, it took like 2-3 days before I saw it show up and then like another 3-4 days before it got to me... Tell her I feel her pain

lol I will tell her. She'll be happy to hear you got your hair.  She said they emailed her again today and say they arent sending the hair today like they said they would, it would be 3 more days.  They still haven't given her a straight answer about what happened to the hair they said they handpicked for her according to some photos she sent them and mailed her a month ago, that really didn't get mailed. Oh well.  She paid with Western Union which has her very nervous.

oh my. Something tells me i'm gonna end up getting my money back on credit card. I don't have patience for all this back n forthing waiting on hurr.

Their first (delay) email sent to me last night was:
<<I have to inform that your order is going out on friday 28, is impossible before. and we are sending only deep curly beautiful hair. >>

I replied "what's the hold up, you told me it would ship Monday 24th?

And they responded:
<<We'll finish to process the hair weft on wenesday. And we'll send you tuesday early or friday! we could shipment right now, but we know that you are awaiting only the most deep curly hair and We'll send you very beautiful hair, we ask you 3 days to finish a good work! is very important to send you the best hair. and we need this time! Please, let me know if you could give us this time.>>

Sounds to me like they are sayign either I can wait and get curly hair (which is what i ordered!) or I can have it shipped now and get CRAP. wTF?? Of course i replied I could wait 3 days.. But i don't think it's gonna ship in 3 days either. And it's not like i need the hair with all this i have stashed away anyway.. but I won't wait 2 months w/ them holding on to my $smackeroos$
