ebonyline grr piano mix

i am so annoyed. like 3 weeks ago i ordered 18/22 piano mix from ebonyline.. they told me that it was not in stock in the 18/22 but they would give me the 14/24 instead ..which they said was 'so similar we cannot tell the difference..'' sceptikal i was i took it , but before i acepted it asked them IS THIS A PIANO MIX. ''yes this is a piano mix'' the said

so 3 weeks later i get my order.. 14/24 nothing like the 18/22 and its not a piano mix its just a regular blend and will not match my hair.

so i email them and they tell me that bohyme does not do piano mix colours!!! what a lie!! i have ordered loads from them before they sooo dooo do piano mix. they said they will offer me a refund or an exhcange..

 fiar enough but by the time that comes it will have been like 7 weeks just to get my frickin hair. and they want me to pay for shipping...

Machine wefts do not come in piano colors. If you want bohyme hair in piano colors you need to order it in handtied.

Yeah it totally stinks, I've made the same mistake in the past so you're not alone. Hopefully you get it all sorted out.
