dont have it, might buy it, but want to play it first to see how it is
Al B Sure negro with the hair all wavy
Hit lakeshore girls go all crazy
Hit the freeway go at least bout 80
Boned so much that summer even had him a baby
so none of you aren't thinking of the negativity the game is portraying to the youth?
50 got a lot of influence right now. the difference with us and other ethnic groups is rebellion is a stage for them. for most of us, we can't get out of that life.

From what I read? No I don't think they are even in the same ball park. We are over here and they are over there. They on some young world jigger big figger, and we on some get money take care of family, buy homes, own land, ride clean, keep your mind and body clean, know where you are from so you can know where you are going. But I know there are some smart young men out there to. They are the ones who lay back reading topics but never posting a reply. It would be nice to hear from them, but now they can hear from me....................

It's time to see the downward spiral before us, It's not too late. Don't you see the same foolishness that destroy the cats who use to wear them stacks from way back, the ones who pimped them cars and women with the hat to side leaning back, that smoked killer, boooooodda, bud, weed, that water or wack, that brown or white, that boy or that girl, those roses and reds, they use to do that smack but now they on that crack.
Black Exploitation is the words I'm looking for. It's glamorizing guns, drugs, violence, and the murder of Black MEN. They hunting this poor brother down like he's prey. I got news for you, he is prey if he's foolish enough to think he's a gangsta. Cause ganstas don't live long. They target the young African American boys with a Rap star who has no idea of what negative affect he is having on his own race. Young boys think its cool.
Well, so did the young men of the 60's and 70's, but most of my childhood friends and highschool class mate are dead or in jail, on government housing, WIC, foodstamps, very poor but looking like they have some money or just plain ass out. They got caught up with what looks good instead of what is good. Now they are out of luck because they have messed up their life with following foolishness instead of being a leader. Real MEN lead and seperate themselves from the followers.
They want to know how BiggMike has made it so far to reach his (30's).
I knew a long time ago in my young teens that I would have to be strong and smart as an African American Male. I could see how some black men had been beaten down with unemployment, discrimination, racism, classism, GENDER BIAS, Black women putting them down, and overall frustration with the conditions in which we live. I knew I had to be different in order to over come the oppression of being a Male who is African American. I could see the hatred, the disrespect from white people but also disrespect from my own race. In other words, "Ignorance is Killing all of Us".

Think about it? Who do you think they are targeting? Young men, teens, people of color, African American Males.
Is 50 cent your father? Some young men don't have a positive role model so they make rappers and gangstas their father figure anddon't even know it. Others can see it but for some reason the young ones can't. This has to stop. Our mothers can't do it all alone, they need a husband that is not fooled by gangsta images.
Do you know the difference between the Generation X (born in 1960's and 70's) and Generation Y (born 1980's and 90's)? Generation X grew up before crack hit. Generation Y has about 80% fatherlessness because of drugs, prison, and oh yea, gay females who are not telling their sons the truth. The young girls think it's cool to act like a male and the young boys are being over mothered and under fathered. I grew up in a time when females wore dresses and skirts. Pants wear for the men and boys. Crack came in the mid 80's and people lost their minds. Parents started raising their children to think it's all good. They forgot about the Civil Rights Struggle and all the Black Men getting lynched in the South. Young people are throwed off by all this sex and violence. Young men wake up and see your own destruction if you are following this foolishness.
What does this have to do with WAVES? Who has waves in their hair naturally? Black Males! So we want to keep Black Males alive and free since no one else cares including our own women. You dig!

I hear you. I did like one of his songs but now, I see the rode he's going down. He's kinda geting tired with the whole gangsta thug thing. Why don't he make a video game about being a CEO of your own company or going to college and graduating. That would be positive.
I respect him as a Man trying to feed his kids, but our kids need to have a fair chance at life too. They don't need all that gangsta stuff cuase in the real worldyou get shot 9 times and don't come back. You sleep six feet deep.
They need to understand that violence and guns is not the way to go or a way to entertain yourself. You want entertainment, go look at what happens to young boys who think they are tough in the prison. They end up being somebodies girlfriend trying to be hard. It's some real killers out there that aint trying to be your big brother, they'll just get rid of you or use them up.
I grew up in the projects in Dallas at a time when the police didn't even come around at all. The area was considered black peoples area and they didn't care if the monkeys killed each other as long as they did not kill any white people. It's changed now but the crack is still there, and I'm not. I've changed too.

IM 23 and I see it now. What the entertainment portray. What people try to portray instead of dropping jewels. P Street and BiggMike you guys are doing it right dropping jewels so we can all pick it up and learn and henceforth make a difference. Like you said
But I know there are some smart young men out there to. They are the ones who lay back reading topics but never posting a reply.
Im one of them I just read what others are saying and see if they are really dropping knowledge. Many say your right this and I agree with that but they never try to change.

Well...I'm actually tired of 50 cent. He is overrated because he has been shot 9 times and survived. That doesn't make you tough and if I had been shot at least once I would have tried to change my life or something. Yet, he goes around the industry loosing connections with his attitude and behavior and starting arguments just for the sake of it and to gain attention, for example the Kanye West argument he has. Radio stations don't even want to interview him because of fear of bullets and people don't want to rap with him because of his kindergarten demeanor.
I think 50 really needs to grow up and get his mind out of the streets. he has money now to make a change for those who are trying to get out of the streets. He could make a difference but his mind is so behind that he won't realize it until late in life. Hopefully, there are individuals that will realize that the lifestyle that he is glorifying thru song and video games is not the life you want to be in.

i just hope he wakes up cause he has a lot of influence on the kids right now. jay z didn't grow up, neither did puffy. hopefully fifty does. to the jay z fans that want to say he did grow up by being ceo of def jam, please. he is only there cause he was the so called man at that time. def jam is not doing anything now. the man is still Nas. unfortunately he does not sell much cause he makes grown up music.
True, if you rap about life from a grown mans point of view, little kids will not buy it, and they can't have that. They want little boys to spend money on it so they can grow up thinking it's cool, but it's now. It's not. You can't live your life with this tough guy act, an old lady twist you cap back.
But you know, I wish these 20 - 35 year old rappers would grow up and rap about what is really going on in the country like Public Enimy, and Tribe Call Quest did. Run DMC grew up why can't they. Rappers now days on some bull man. They rap about cars and money while their own race is self destructing. It's sad man.

That's real. I can't understand this whole thing with being a gangsta. Gangstas get killed soon or later. Then you have little kids trying to be like them.
