ok im askin about cuttin with #3 ATG...i use to cut with 2 againt that grain and all my progress goes down the drain so someone told me to go atg with #3 so im askin will this help keep my waves instead of cuttin em off
i wouldn't do it. in 360 waves part 1 i made a list of wave rules. one of em was never break yo wave pattern. always stay wtg. and to me goin against da grain is one way to eventually destroy ya waves,
plus ya hair looks 10 times better wtg.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree atg is better. It leaves the hair more even, more neat like if you was shavin against th grain it would be a better shave. And If the waves are truly trained you should Be able to bush your hair backwards and then forward and pattern should still be intact.
For example everybody know someone with a cowlick> or a swirl in their head some ppl got two one in the middle as we all do and one in the front where the superman hang down or>Widows peak some ppl call it, aint know way you can cut that with the grain cuz it grow in so many directions IT will leave a patch every time. If you go against the grain you cant make a patch no matter how hard you try. I'm a baber and Just mechanics, lawyers and doctors Its gone by some tricks to the trade. If I cut your hair with the grain today, Next week around this time you gone be commin to see me for another cut. Dats how we do. Atg last longer and lay it down better .
What ever guard your barber use to cut your hair with the grain have he or she get two sizes up and go ATG. Exaple 1wg use 2 atg.
If 1 and half wg= use 3 atg. that simple ppl. But like Lavar Berton you don't have to take my word for.Lol P.S. the following post is real talk.

you sound like 360spinna.. you took all the words outta my mouth. newayz, some guys whove always cut wtg develope a kind of phobia. but its okay to cut atg. i do it sometimes. 360 spinna does too. and ur a barber right 100 GRAND?

my point exactly just brush ur hair back the same way
if ur getting a atg just get higher with the cut of wtf
i used to get atg all the time back in 7th grade didt affect waves at all its god for even cuts to
waveing is mental a barrier u must over come

if u cut ur own hair..i think CUTTING AGAINST THE GRAIN is better...cutting with the grain can leave ur hair uneven
to me personally..cutting ur own hair for free against the grain is
better then paying 10-14 dollars a week for a barber to cut with the
grain...but alot of yall young boys and ur mom pay for ur haircut

and yeah he is rite a cut is a cut as long its done da rite way
cutting ATG and WTG do da same thing, cut ya hair so do wat ever u think does better for ur waves, expirement. But make sure u go to some one tat knows how to cut hair, you dont want no patch in ya head lik da kid from barbershop
