Suddenly, Felicity's hair is shorter, the layers are gone and she's looking more like Katie Couric. I don't see an improvement here by any means.

She was on some talk show, saw the change. Off the shoulders, a bit
messy, sort of nondescript. Doesn't look bad but nothing particularly
special about it.
