anyone tried this company....

The spelling mistakes are sending me a bit nuts.

Very cheap and I'm very cynical.

I bought some hair from that company several months ago.  They didn't say what brand it was on the site, just 'silky straight'.  When it came the packaging said the brand was 'Nature Grace' (?!).  I got 1b in 14". 

The hair looked and felt very soft and shiny but I was scared to use it after reading this board!  Anyway I ended up getting some bohyme, and installed 1 row of the whesh hair alongside it for comparison.  Next to the bohymne it quickly became very tangly and dry and matted and looked a mess when I took it out, and wasn't re-usable like the bohyme.  It also bunches up when you razor it so obviously the cuticles are not aligned.  I think it's just silicone-coated bss type hair.

The service was good from what I remember though, and the site looks very professional.  But the hair's nothing special. 

Thanks for the feedback.  I hate it when companys describe their hair as the best and it turns out to be cheap hair as all the consumers buy it really cheap then some wont pay that bit extra for decent quality hair for fear of the same.

Thanks Amanda, emailed my Chinese supplier on Friday night and still not had anything back so was thinking it was maybe close to their newyear.  I guess there trying to find the answers to my many questions lol.
