There isn't a best method just brush becuz when i started all i did was brush and add pomade and durag then i brushed my hair in the water think of it like there is no best defense form

WHY DOES EVERBODY SAY THE SAMETHING OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

JUST FIND A METHOD THAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU.

THE ONLY REASON WHY THEY SAY THERE ISNT A BEST METHOD IS BECAUSE THERE ARE DIFFERENT TYPES OF METHODS FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE.

LIKE YOU MIGHT TRY S-JAYS NEW METHOD AND GET 360 SPINNAS IN 3 WEEKS BUT IF I TRY IT , IT MIGHT TAKE ME 3 MONTHS TO GET THEM.

ITS ALL ABOUT FINDING THE BEST METHOD FOR YOUR HEAD .

the best method to me is,brushing once in the moring,and once before you go to bed.at lease for a half an hour each with pink lotion in your hair and a hot towel bolt first.

Try different ones and see what works best for you or make up your own method.  If there was a "best method" everybody would use it. 'Nuff said
