The bangs initially looked very good, but now the sense of proportion between the severe bangs and the extremely long hair seems out of kilter. Interesting look though: reminiscent of the French ballerina, Silvie Guillem a few years ago.

I think the real issue is do you like her with bangs or without bangs. I used to say without the bangs, but I don't mind her new look either.

I usually prefer bangs, and these don't look bad exactly, but that 5-
year-old-girl bangs style (straight down, straight across) just looks out
of place to me on an older Italian woman who could be incredibly sultry
with a different style.

If Monica's goign for bangs, I think she'd be better served with a more
grown-up version (sideswept) or better yet, without bangs, like the
picture behind her, which to me looks far more alluring (and fits her
age, dark coloring, and persona).

I like them.  I don't think she looks like a little girl and she does look sultry to me.  I wouldn't mind her going shorter with her bangs.

Still like the bangs better.  Looks like she needs to get a chest waxing (al 40 yr. old virgin)
