Did she get her haircut or was she just wearing it differently from the time she announced the Screen Actors Guild award nominees to the time she appeared on the show? During the latter, she had this annoying, Jennifer Aniston-like hair-over-the-right-eye thing going. I don't watch "Grey's Anatomy."
I don't think she got a haircut and I wasn't able to access the pics in either link you provided, but if I remember correctly, I did not like her hair during the award show. Actually, her hair sort of bugs me when I watch "Grey's Anatomy" because I thought it looked fairly nice during season 1, but now it looks so straggly and it's always in her face. I don't know if she's trying to grow out her bangs or what but there has to be a transition style better than this if that's the case. Maybe it's me, but I feel like she always looks kind of unkempt. I don't know, I think she looked nice in "Old School" compared to her hairstyles as of late.
