why should've searched cuz i made a thread on this exact topic not too long ago. I think that both a wave cap and du-rag work great together

du-rag is better. wave cap is also good cause it is not too tight on ya hair

WELL I USE BOTH I BUT ON THE SPARTAN SMOOTHFITTED WAVE CAP ON FIRST THEN MY DU-RAG THEY BOTH DO FINE FOR ME

Is a wave cap like a stocking cap?  I be on them stocking caps mayne I put one up under my du rag and it lays your hair down.  But when you take that stocking cap off, it pulls a lot of hair up so you gotta go duragging to lay them back down!

just use the du rag under the wave cap...
