Heard she has a new movie coming out which explains all her recent sightings I guess.

Was her hair this same length at the Oscars?  Saw a photo of her at the Instyle Party but could not figure out if her hair was long or short.  Then again, it could be a wig.  Or not.

 I'm bumming, cause My comp isn't showing Wynnona pics.

 I remember, back in the early 1990's I really wanted to look like Wynnona Ryder.

 I lost some weight, applied makeup like her, cut my own hair short, and dyed it a rich brunette. It all started, when I saw her in a Vouge Magazine interview.

 Ironically around that time, some blind date guy said I looked like Shannon Doherty,..I was pissed,..I liked Wynnona better! It's funny, I know, But now, I like looking like myself.:)

 Hey, I just now saw all the pics, both current and recent past.

 Ironically I feel Wynona looks great now even with the choppy darker hair. I know what you mean by androgenous,but I think shorter hair fits her personality better!

 She looks happy in the current pics!

I like Winona Ryder best in pixie-hair-- it shows off her big, brown puppy eyes ^_^ .  With long hair, the first thing I notice is how square her face looks.

this is true...her eyes literally take up her whole face..and i think that was her trademark of looking so "waif-like"...

Now, in the more recent photos, you really can't appreciate her beauty as much...i never noticed the size and shape of her head until she started wearing her hair long...

the pixie cut, made her the "Audrey" of the 1990's...

      I have never seen Winona in anything resembling an attractive short haircut. I dislike the sloppy, chopped look on women. Hers always looks like it an accident to me. She really should steal...err, I mean, purchace herself a nice wig sometime. Blessings, Bob

Personally I agree with Kuroneko. The pixie cut was totally Winona. I also thionk she looks alot better with really dark hair. She looks kind of washed out as a lighter brunette.

Its so suprising how well she pulls off such dark hair,when she's a natural strawberry blonde.She looks like she was born with dark hair.

She has gorgeous eyes. I always thought she was naturally dark as she seemed to have roots sometimes.

Yeah,I really think the shorter cuts put emphasis on her face where it belongs.And,I just found out recently she's a natural blonde.I couldnt get over it.I thought for sure the source was misinformed.But after checking bio after bio sure enough it seems to be true.

It said she was asked to dye her hair black for the movie "Lucas".Then it kind of became her look so she kept it that way.

Thank you HFO.I just got it cut today.

You dont get to see much of Winona in that video clip and its kind of hard to see her hair considering all the special affects through out the who clip. Looks like a really strange movie.

Also I have to agree with the others I think Longhairdreams hair actually looks pretty good. I think that cut suits you from what I can tell.
