Is this right guys ?

I was wondering if a du-rag or wave cap is required to get the waves. I currently do the following to try and get the 360 VETS

1. Take A Shower
2. Shampoo My Hair and rinse out
3. hop out tha shower, and dry hair until is damp
4. Brush, apply either Sportin Waves, or 360 s-cUrl and brush again
5. Just brush for the next half an hour or so
6. Occasionally wear wave cap from time to time

I've been growing out mah hair for bout 3 or 4 weeks, tried using the hard and soft brushes but nothin seems to be workin man. I really want the perfect 360 style but dont know what exactly to do that works for me. If anyone could tell me what Im doing wrong or what I can add to do so I get em, itd be greatly appreciated.

Yeah you might wanna increase your brushing and wave cap or du-rag a lil bit more.

yeah u need a du rag/wavecap to get waves cuzit holds your wave pattern in place and makes ur hair lay down so that it is more manageable

all i did when i first got my waves was brush i never wore durags or nothin i went school the next day a girl said u got sss in ur hair i said word since then i been raggin tha du and it helps me.

brush as often as you have time nephew, and work on getting away from the greases, get a good moisturizer, wear your durag or wavecap, and in time you'll be surfin

Yerah brushin in the shower will help...thats basically the h2o meth.

You need something to keep your hair in place at night and to keep your pillow from turnin into an oil slick.

3 months and still no progress? u probably hav a thick grade of hair....switch to a medium or hard brush. the S's is a good sign that ur hair is startin to wave.
