QuoteReplyTopic: BEST CONDITIONER? Posted: May 16 2006 at 10:00am
Anyone have advice on the best conditioner for curly hair extensions?? I have used lots of different brands of extensions for weaving and all need good conditioning. Has anyone found a truly great conditioner or shampoo and conditioner? Interested in quick conditioning as well as deep conditioning on weekly basis. THANKS!

I will say I'm pretty sure I have bought every hair product on the
market, and so far the pureoloy hydrate products have beat out
everything I have tried. I was a little skeptical at first
considering the price, but OMG there is a huge difference.
Right behind the pureology I would rate the Biolage Ultra-hydrating
balm. It is almost as good and easier and cheaper to find.
I would suggest keeping both far away from whatever bonds you have in,
since both turn your hair instantly into soft silk.
As far as after the shampoo, I really love the Proclaim silicone
product from Sally's and the generic Paul Mitchell gloss drops (yes I
like it better than the real product). I like both way better
than the purology, biolsilk, or any other of the bazillion brands I
currently have in the bathroom lol. The infusium (sp?) leave in
condtioner is great also.
I haven't tried any deep conditoners so far.......I'd love to hear about any that help.
Wearing 22" 8oz Tease I tips installed with silicone microrings.

Im in love with the Abba Pure and Natural products. Love there Nourishing line and the True Shine Line. All of their products are sulate and DEA free, 100 % vegan.
I think any Non-Sulfate shampoos and conditioners are good for extensions. Lots of great reviews on Pureology too!
Abba's moisture scentsations is good for dry or damaged hair. (But I really dont like the minty smell.) The nourishing line is also really good for dry hair and I like the smell! LOL
Well at the minute I'm in love with Matrix So Silver and Fudge 'Dynamite' for an intensive once a weeker.
I have platinum hair so I have to keep it looking shiny and since using these 've found the condition is better than I've ever known. Plus the fudge smells so yummy i want to eat it!
Not sure, however, how well they work with extensions as I've not used them whilst wearing any. A friend of mine washes her extensions with the So Silver as it's a toning shampoo and removes the brassy tones from her 613! She says it's fine..
Yum to Fudge!
