Youre prolly using the wrong shampoo and conditioner for your hair. I recommend splashing out and getting joico, redken or something similar for dry hair(k-pak by joico is good). It wont fix the problem straight away but in time your hair will become softer and smoother. Try doing a hot olive oil treatment on it as well. Heat up about 1/2 cup of olive oil in the microwave till its hot (not scalding hot) then massage it into your hair (put most of the oil at the ends). Leave it in overnight (you might want to put a towel on your pillow) then wash it out in the morning (abit might stay in till the next wash-which doesnt really matter). I do hot oil every 2-3 weeks, its cheap and it works lol.
