so im getting my hair cut short with choppy piecy layers. it'll be just above my shoulders then shorter as you go up. so im wondering what products to use to get it kinda spikey and standing up without it being completly hard, yah know? can anyone help me??

also ive tried the wax stick stuff and that didnt work...help please!?
