the colors on the PH color ring start with pechschwarz being the darkest, then natur schwarz, kafee, then schwarzer pfeffer being the lightest of the blacks or very dark brown/black. Ive compared to a few different color rings and they vary a little.
Also Ive had this color ring for awhile so Im not sure if there are any new color additions.
Yeah, with th PH I can't seem to find a difference between the Natur schwarz & Kafee! They look to me like a natural black. I installed natur schwarz into my friends hair and it matched perfectly! (she's Mexican and has that naturally black hair) and Sherries correct, the Schwarzer pfeffer is a dark brown black (kinda like b1 in Dlux.)
