So i bought this new hard brush. Its a Diane no.8159, but its way too hard(somehow it felt softer when it was in the package). Ive boiled up some hot water and soaked the bristles in it to get it softer. I soaked it about 3 times in boilin hot water, but after it was dry it got hard again. Only 3 bristles got significantly softer. Ive even tried just wearin  it down.
Is there any other way to get my hard brush to a medium?

The only way the brush will wear down is when you use it. The constant use of the brush will be the only way to get it medium.

use it when your wolfin for 4 and over weeks. At first it'll be painful but then you'll get use to it.
