Well, first off I will introduce myself since I'm new to this site. Never posted before but I found this site a couple weeks ago and been lookin around and y'all are wavin mad crazy. Some of the best waves I've ever seen are right here on this site. I, myself, just cut off my huge ass afro a few months back and was rockin a short cut, but I let it grow out a little after my second haircut since not having the 'fro in order to get back in the wave game. I used to have waves a few years ago but just like on top, never 360, so that's what I'm tryin to do.
anywho, I been wolfin for 11 weeks this Friday and I don't know whether to cut it yet or not. here's some pics so maybe y'all can help me out:

So whattcha'll think? Time to cut or keep wolfing? I really do not like it this long at all, I like to rock my cut short and clean, I'm just growing it out kuz I was told that'll make my waves real nice as long as I brush alot. I'm also hoping my waves are deep enough that they won't disappear when I cut it. but y'all look like you know more about waves than about anybody so any advice is much appreciated. thanks.
Yeah, go long as possible before you get a cut. I am a barber and the only way I would cut that is against the grain to prevent patches because the hair isn't fully trained into a 360 direction or get someone with some A1 scissor skills to cut it. But saying all that I dont think a temple and neck taper would hurt(slow your progress) It would allow you to wolf a couple of weeks longer.

But Welcome to the site bruh. Definitely hit up Chrisdog212 for specific help cuz you all have close to the same texture. But when u do cut it i'd advise a #3 wtg (with the grain) cut. It's not low but good for ur texture plus you won't loose the waves u've been workin on

yep 100% white. there's a stereotype we can't get waves? lol. my hairs naturally wavy when it's short, and extremely curly when its long. when i wear it short tho, i usually like it real short, where it doesn't even look like i have wavy hair, but I wanna try to get the 360 so I guess I have to wear it longer.
"but this is the remix, with the cheap tricks, hittin' sweet licks, and I cut the braids off but the waves in the fade'll make you seasick!"
CONGRATS BRUH'......U DA 1ST WHITE PERSOON DAT HAS WAVES ON DIS SITE......MAYNE 4 REAL..........AYYYYYYY FAM WE LIKE DJ KALID..........WE TAKEN OVEEEEEEEERRRRRR 1 CITI @ A TYME !!!!!!!YEAAAAAAAAA
