Hey everyone. Has anyone been to this Ulta store? I hear they have lots of hair and cosmetic products. Let me ask these questions:

1.) Do they sell salon products such as Redken, and if so, are they discounted?

2.) Is it worth my time to make a special trip to Chicago to see this place?

They have a web site you can check out. Maybe you can see what products they have or email them to ask questions.

Thanks for the tip. I checked out the site but unfortunately it doesn`t give prices for salon brands. Anyone else been there and have an opinion? Thanks!

Hey Lyris

I LOVE Ulta for its incredibly wide selection of salon products. It has Redken, Biosilk, Paul Mithcell, L`Anza, Wella, Sebastian, Biolage, ARTec, Back to Basics, Rusk, Sexy Hair Concepts, TIGI, Joico, KMS, Nexxus, etc. The prices are reasonable, maybe a bit lower than retail. However you can get an Ulta card and get discounts and they always have special sales and promotions. I definitely think its worth a trip.
