Hello I was wondering how I could get this hairstyle Jake Harper has. When he was younger we had the same type of hair. And now it looks like his hair changed? more volume and a bit curly

fist it was like this: a bit of a greasy very thin hair like I have

this is how my hear looks like now:



I like the hair he has in the second picture!
can I get a hairstyle like that?
