Style suggestions?

*Hopefully by July my hair will be a couple of inches longer*

Right well I'm trying to grow my hair to the middle of my back, it's currently at shoulder length but when it does get longer I'm looking for styles as my one length hair is pretty boring! I was thinking maybe like Ashlee Simpsons...anyone got any other suggestions?

It's all in what you want for your hair. I will grow mine long and one length because I like to braid it and do updo styles with decorative stuff in it. If you want this layered and bangs style, it will be easier to care for, but you will have a little less options in how you can wear it up (because you may get ends sticking out of braids or it may not all fit in a ponytail). If you want to wear it down a lot and not have to mess with it much, then the layers are a great style.
