Not growing on me, a little too asymmetric. Seems odd, too, to keep the right side so short if your intent is to grow it out (at least I think that's her intent).
But glad she's having fun and looking forward to whatever replaces it.

Saw that article Fatmoogas. And though Mr. McMillan is a pro, I'd humbly disagree and say this is a lousy way to grow out a pixie. I've just helped a friend grow one out over the last year and the better path is letting the top grow while keeping the back from getting too far out of control.
With this method, poor Michelle is still going to have to grow out the underneath layers to try to catch up. Heck, she could have just looked at Anne Hathaway as a current example.
So, for a style, this is fine. As a grow out plan, it sucks. :)
