I like it...though she needs some work on the eyebrows and makeup. Granted, not the time to be worrying about that though.

Compared to what it was?  Yes, a downgrade, but if she was famous (rather then infamous), y'all would be saying it's cute.... probably.

This may be hard to believe, but I knew virtually nothing about her case until it was featured on 20/20 Friday. This woman may be a space cadet, but there is ZERO evidence that she murdered her roommate. IMO, Amanda is not infamous, but rather a victim of an unscrupulous Italian justice system.
Thus, I can totally relate to her chopping off her pretty hair in a desperate, vain attempt to become unrecognizable. She has not sought nor deserved notoriety. I am sure that as time passes she may become more at peace with her tragic lot. At the moment, she looks like a double for Elizabeth Warren, the politician from Massachusetts who for many years  pretended to be an American Indian.
