Just a little monthly update.

Jan 1st, 2010 - My trim actually only measured out at 1/2" instead of a full 1".

Grrrrrr @uploader....it's acting up again!

The hair looks great. I hope you will hold on the trims for awhile.

Right now I'm happy with things as they are.  I will continue with getting my ends snipped every 8 weeks though.  It really doesn't take off any length and helps my hair be healthier and more manageable.  I'm not really sure when I'll start trimming off the 3" of pixie layers left.  Probably when I look in the mirror and say, GOTTA GO! lol  Most likely a long time from now.

OK, so I had 2 more inches cut.  This first link shows just how many crazy layers I have to get rid of from my old pixie cut.  The problem with these layers is the length.  From the front and sides they made my hair look really off balance.

This last link is after my cut of 2" on Friday.  I am sooooo glad I got those 2" cut off!!  The overal apperance of my hair is much better.  By summer it will be back to where it was before the cut, so I'm happy about that!  My hope is that I can hold off on that last inch that needs to be cut off, for a long while.  My ultimate goal is length with long layers.  I'm finally making strides that direction....YAY!!!

Thank you Mike and Paper!!

Yes, I think it will be easier as well. (at least that is my hope)  There are just sooooo many layers and so much texturing from that pixie.  At least it seems more balanced....for now.

LOL Thank you!  I promise it's only 2" though!  I have hubby measure my hair when it's wet b/c we get a more accurate measurement that way.  It was 19" on the first pic and 17" when I got home from the salon. (the second pic)

Just a quickie update.  I had that cut of 2" done Jan 29th and had hubby measure for me last week.  So that's only been 3 weeks.... and I gained 3/4"!!!Shocked  I couldn't believe it!  I had him measure it twice....haha.

I'm looking forward to my new length pic for March.Thumbs%20Up

SLACKER reporting for duty! LOL

This is March 1st length.  Not sure if it's any longer right now because I haven't measured lately but in this pic it's 17 3/4".
