I've been doing more squats lately I tell you I'm able to bench much easier because of it. My chest is starting to poke out now (FINALLY). I've still got a ways to go......

@ Sleepy...I'll be doing the same. I can't believe how determined i am...I went to the gym at 2 am and i just got back at 4!! That's just the type of person that i am...I'll pick something and keep doing it til i've reached my full potential (like with waves).
@TSOH...I've been on that cod liver oil tip since i was in about 4th grade (but i take the gel capsules). My mother used to make me take em :-/
But i never worked out while using it. Too bad that i didn't bring it with me to college

LOL I aint usin a meth right now. My coach aint trip about me missin a week of practice so i'm still on da team :-) I get all my info from a bodybuilding forum and da site. I like this 1 better than the 1 all of us r on.
Its like hb(small community, knowledge, good people who give great advice, and they know what they're talkin about). that other 1 I think its bodybuilding.com or somethin is like 360waves if u ask me (alot of people young and old, some reckless people who dont know when 2 shut the f**k up, and alot of people go their bcuz of the name BODYBUILDING.com).
This page has exercises. Click on the area u want 2 work on and it gives u a list of exercises 2 work that muscle. Click on the exercise and it gives u a great description on da exercise, pics on how 2 do it, tells u what main muscle you're usin and which secondary muscles you're usin.
This page has workouts. they're split into catagories like, muscle building, strength, slimming, sports, and home based. Da workouts r inside once u click da catagory.

Do any of you have a certified workout routine that you have posted up somewhere.Here's my simple routine.I am first building a bit of muscle then i'ma have another 12 weeks of toning.(I designed this so i dont have to do anywork on Fridays or Saturdays)
12 Week Workout Session

Thursdays:

@Gvyll... But on the real tip I dont even have a workout schedule...I have a weightraining class where I meet 2days out of the week. Im mainly buildin strengh so I workout my chest, back, legs, and thighs. I do free weights at home I have 2 35lbs dumbells and 2 40lbs dumbells. I already have broad shoulders so I just work on my wrists and biceps at home and I do 100pushups every day along with my 8min ab workout.

Oh word. I just do pushups and sit ups. I have like no upper body strength. I checked out the school gym and I could barely bench 25. I was feeling like a straight failure. Guess its all about trial and error.

Don't feel bad @ willie...I remember back when i was 12 (in 9th grade) when people used to laugh at me because i could barely bench the bar without it tilting. But just work on it slowly and you'll get where you wanna be.

@ Supa you work on ya legs and thighs also.Thats something i cant see myself doing.
Naw i just turned 16 (like a week or so b4)
And Its good to work on your legs too...You don't wanna have a big/ cut up upper body and a small/ flabby lower body
@ Sleepy...that's site's not working on my comp every time i click those links, the page comes up blank. I even went on yahoo and did a search and got the same results
