Oh word. I just do pushups and sit ups. I have like no upper body strength. I checked out the school gym and I could barely bench 25. I was feeling like a straight failure. Guess its all about trial and error.
I'm 5'9" 184lbs. I bench 230lbs. my max 1 rep is 286(I fell off a lil), but I can curl 60 lb dumbells 12x , and I'm lifting for muscular endurance so I'm currently curling 40lb dumbells 30x each, I legpress 520lb, and I squat 415lbs(Yeah I know I'm a fcukin meathead) lol . I didn't want to make a whole thread about it but I have decided to temporarily quit waving and go to curls because it is easier to maintain, I'm doing it because the basketball tourney on my base is towards the end of December, and the main go2 guy left in June, so I'm going to have to get built like a tank to carry the load since I'm now the primary option. It is very hard to keep your waves intact when you are working out around the clock it can be done I've been doing that for years but I don't want no distractions, I can still lay my hair down and post for my obligated battles but thats it I'll be back to wavin after I feel like I am where I need to be power and conditioning wise.

I've been doing more squats lately I tell you I'm able to bench much easier because of it. My chest is starting to poke out now (FINALLY). I've still got a ways to go......
I hate having a big chest. Don't get it too big so be careful
Too late for me but everybody in my family has a wide chest anyway, with a thick back, and sex is the most versatile excercise you can workout just about every bodypart if you use multiple positions.

@ J-Kid hate 2 c ya stop wavin but u gotta do what u gotta do homie. Good luck wit it. I slowed down on da waves 2 . I barely sleep wit a durag anymore. I brush maybe 5 mins a day now 2.
@ Cash try da site again. Maybe it was jus f**kin up dat day or somethin.
It's because you guys be havin products in your hair the only time I really have anything in my hair is when I'm posting pics. When you sweat, all the chemicals saturate into your face causing you to break out.

Jkid right, when you sweat your pores are open...I don't keep many products in my hair either, I'm off my compression meth, been off it for a while, brush my right side down....my waves is gettin smooth, I've just been takin my time with it, aint in no hurry, I don't keep much in my hair now, either put some cc or indian hemp in.

It could be all the food you've been eating lately. You recently changed your diet, sleeping pattern, and how often you sweat. These are all confounding variables that could explain why your breaking out @ Cash

@Cash thats good at least you can bench more than your own bodyweight once you can bench twice your bodyweight then that would mean you have unlocked a new territory of personal power. By the way your 0ne rep max is somewhere in the 210-220 range if you bench 195 3x.
@Supa I guess you can keep my spot warm because 2nd place is first loser I want the #1 spot I can never settle for second, within another week my hair will start to curl again I can still lay my hair down in under a minute for a battle don't get it twisted lol.
@Meji yeah I barely even like using products when postin pics, let alone on a daily basis.

bench 2x my bodyweight?? I want to get to about 195 lbs so that means that i should be able to bench 390 lbs by then. i seriously doubt that'll happen.
