@Gristyle- I'm military I know what it is we have fitness standards to maintain.
@Cash- Just stay away from schit like soda, don't go crazy on sugars, and stay away from excessive sodium(Sugars convert to fat, Sodium retains water aka water retention which is prevelant in african-american males it causes your muscles to look bloated and that means lost definition). But you have already made crazy progress though.
@Supa- Damn you have mad greasy schit there I couldn't even look at that stuff you have there, I have more of a chance of rubbing that food in my hair for extra shine or something and have fat girls chase me around trying to get a bite out of me lol.
@Willie- You don't have to wait to when you grow up now is the best time to start, when you are young your body is still growing which means that your natural supply of growth hormone and testosterone is through the roof, so take advantage when you are young so you would be maintaining lightly when you hit your mid 20's.

Definitely is^...I'm bulking now (gaining weight...i'm at 167lbs and going for more). Later i'm gonna start cutting (losing bodyfat so that my muscles will have more definition)
