Well I'm not having this problem right now as it's just getting into the boiling, stinking hot season here in Australia......but.....
have you tried oiling? Do some heavy oiling treatments at night (over night) and then do some light leave-in oil treatments during the day. Other than that....what Anais said :)
Just wondering if anyone goes to special lenghts to protect their hair in the colder months? I never really did anything special in the past, but since I have had damage from highlights last month and my hair is not healthy like it was before, I want to do what ever I can to protect it. I have read that hair can suffer damage in the colder months because the cold air outside and the dry heat inside your home can dry and damage your hair because the fluctuation in temperatures. What can I do to prevent further damage caused by the elements??
