Since the photo I posted seems to have disappeared, I found this one today. The question is "What's hot?" The answer: Alex Witt with her hair like this.

Going just by these photos, this woman to me looks relatively plain. Neither her face or her hairstyle are anything special. There are many women far more beautiful than she is.

As far as looking at just a woman's hair, that is impossible. You always look at the face and the rest of her.
As much as I like certain hairstyles on women, especially short hairstyles, there is so much more to the overall look of a particullar woman.
You would have to really have an extreme hairstyle fetish to just look at hair, and not the face and the rest of the woman.
If you just want to look at hair, you might as well look at wigs.

Honest to goodness, will you please stop willing your choices on other people. Don't tell us it's "impossible" to do anything. I LOOK AT A WOMAN'S HAIR FIRST. I'll swear on a stack of Bibles, if necessary. That's not the only thing I look at, but it's the FIRST thing I look at. If you have a problem with that, it's YOUR problem, not mine.

Alex Witt is anything but plain. Again, willing your taste on others does not make us wrong. Have you ever watched Alex deliver the news or interview sources or do you just go by the photos you see here? Alex is a beautiful woman with amazing hair. She just turned 45 years old and carries herself wonderfully.

I ask that everyone besides Brent look at this link and tell me the first thing YOU notice about her. (If it's the red outfit, I'll accept that. She looks great in red.) Thank you.

Hair and eyes. Then the face. Wow that was easy. Thanks Kramer

Alex Witt has gorgeous hair.  Period.  That's not an opinion - it's a fact.  Brent may not like her hair, or my opinion on it, but that doesn't invalidate the fact that her hair is beautiful.

Sorry Dave. It's an opinion. Gorgeous hair to you, might be plain hair to me, and visa versa. Everything everyone of us says about hairstyles on this website is opinion.
There is no "hairstyle God" who deems this or that hairstyle as gorgeous. We are humans with our own beliefs and opinions about things, whether those beliefs or opinions are in the majority or minority, they are still just our own beliefs and opinions.
I didn't state, by the way, that  her hairstyle was horrible. I just stated that it wasn't that great, it seemed ordinary to me. It is nice hair but it is a fairly common style that numerous women wear, and I have seen both long hairstyles and short hairstyles I like better than that.
That is all I was saying about it. It is not something to get in a dither about, it is just a question of preference.
And her face to me isn't that beautiful. She is not ugly, but I have seen many women, and newswomen, that are more beautiful than her. That doesn't mean I dislike the lady, I don't even know her. Once again, it is a matter of preference.

As far as noticing a hairstyle first. Whether you realize it or not, at first glance, most people get an overall impression of a woman, not just her hairstyle. Even if you have a long haired fetish (as some people do), or a short haired fetish (as some people also do), you still notice the overall look of a woman.
Case in point, if a woman has gorgeous, long, silky shiny hair, but she has a particularily homely face or a big long nose, or for that matter an unsually pretty face, or big beautiful eyes, you also notice that. If a woman is unusually tall or unusually overweight, or she has big breasts or an exceptionally attractive figure, you would notice that.
Even someone with a hair fetish notices those sorts of things.
At first glance a man notices an overall look when he looks at a woman.

Even someone with as much of a long hair fetish/fascination/preference as you have Kramer, gets on overall impression of a woman when you first look at her. As I do with my preference for sexy short hairstyles on women.

Hey Brent one of the reasons you don't think she has gorgeous hair is because I bet you think her hair is too long. You are just a short hair lover. But I think the majority will believe that Alex has a beautiful long hair style.

Not necessarily Jared.
It just isn't my favorite long hair style. It isn't bad, just not my favorite.

Have you guys ever been to the web site www.amiannoying.com? I'm wondering what the record shows for Brent.

Dude, I'm sure you mean well, but to repeat myself, I NOTICE A WOMAN'S HAIR FIRST... especially if the woman has outstanding hair and/or long hair. Check out this example:

I promise you that I noticed Natalie Morales' outstanding hairstyle this date. It took me a couple seconds to notice the face she was making.

Now, I can't help that. It's the way I am. I adore long hair on women of all sizes. Thus I would notice the hair before a woman's body size, tall or short, heavy or thin.

Big noses, while apparently an issue for you, are not for me. Small breasts are not a factor. And I would notice a woman's beautiful hair even if she is considered by you to look ugly.

Brent, you do not speak for all men. Dave, I respectfully request you to delete Brent's comments next time he attempts to speak for me.

Good night now.

Kramer,
Thanks bud.
You are annoying yourself. So we're even. We equally annoy each other. Actually I hope that I annoy you more than you annoy me. I would much rather give you grief, pain, and sorrow, than you give me a bad time. I always like that better! Haha! Just giving you a bad time dude.

Ok, I concede your point Kramer. Unlike most men, who actually see a woman's overall appearance, her beautiful face, eyes, figure, etc., you apparently have such an incredible obsession with hair, such a hair fetish, hair is so much your thing dude, that you actually notice a woman's hairstyle before you notice her beautiful face, eyes, smile, sexy figure, etc..

I would pity you Kramer. I have never in my life met a guy so hung up on hairstyles. But there is no reason to pity you because you seem very happy being just what you are. A guy utterly and completely obsessive about hair, seemingly at the expense of just about every other aspect of a woman.

If you are married, your wife must really have to be careful about her hair. First of all, her hair must be so long it is down to the ground. And she must have to be very, very, very careful that it is properly taken care of, being married to you. You must drive her half nuts with your hair obsession.

Having stated all of that, I must say though, that this website wouldn't be the same without you Kramer. You are one of the regulars who is devoted to this website.  Your passion for long hair, your absolute delight, indeed your fanaticism at certain women's long hairstyles, is just incredible.

Kramer, you the man, concerning dudes with a long haired woman's fetish. You win that contest man. You really do. Even our long haired buddy Dave doesn't win that contest. Kramer, you is 'da man who wins the fetish for long haired ladies contest.

One thing is for sure Kramer, ol' buddy, everyone knows exactly what you like in a woman. You like hair, and lots of it, lots and lots of long, very long hair.
"Cousin It" type of long hair.
Long hair dragging on the floor.
Long, long, long, long, really very long hair!

Kramer. I could take the ten most beautiful women I know who wear adorable short pixie hairstyles, and all of them combined wouldn't have half as much hair as one of your long haired ladies.
To each their own. Beautiful ladies have different lengths of hair.

Kramer, I really hope that Crystal Gayle still has her very long hair. And I hope she does a concert in the Detriot area where you live.
And I hope you meet her.
And I hope she brings you over to her hotel room.
And I hope you spend the most incredible night of your long hair obsessed life with her, enjoying Crystal Gayle and that long ankle length hair of hers.

And after you spend that estatic night with Crystal Gayle (how old is she these days? Seems she has been around for many years.), let us know about it Kramer.
Let us know good buddy about Crystal Gayle and her incredibly long, long, long, very long, beautiful, gorgeous, sensational hair!
Kramer, my good man, you will be in long hair heaven!
Dude, you and Crystal Gayle!
Wow!
Fantastic!

Kramer, you have a very good evening with her.
Let us know how it went with you and Crystal with the long, long, long , incredibly long, amazingly long hair.

Kramer, may your beer always be cold, your meat pies always be hot (or is that warm beer, and cold meat pies?), may the Red Wings win the Stanley Cup again, and may you have your wonderful night with Crystal Gayle with her long, long, long, long hair.
Take care dude.

Not all that much. It's just a hairstyle board, we are not curing cancer here, or solving the problems of  the Middle East.

Hairstyles boards are for fun.

And I am just having some fun with Kramer and some of the folks.

Yes, we all  know what you are trying to say, you wrote 2 novels about it. I was being ironic. But for those of us who still don't understand I guess we'll just have to wait for the movie.
...and that's all I have to say about that.

Actually Brent, your messages within this thread could be construed as trolling.  Not to mention your personal attack on Kramer.

My simple message to you - stop.  Any further messages off the topic of this thread (Alex Witt), including hair-politics digressions, will be subject to edit or deletion.
