I've mailed out over 300 envelopes in and outside the U.S.. All packs sent had 1 paper flyer, and a plastic ziploc baggie with 4 strands of keratin tipped hair in it. I have no idea how you only got one strand of hair That was OF COURSE a mistake people! Shhesh, like I would waist $0.39 of my own money to send out one strand of hair. Email me your shipping information and color and I'll send you another one.
If there's anyone who missed the first mailing I still have a couple more packs in darker colors, just email me your information and I'll get one out to you.

We know it was an honest mistake Kristin, and no doubt you'll take care of it.. Got my sample.. The last time I checked your site, you did not have the AA textured hair on wefts.. When will you have this texture on wefts???
Don't mind us girl.. We needed a good laugh around here... Imagining opening that envelope with one single strand of hair really is pretty funny..

Yes, Kristin, just having a laugh! Of course we know there was a mistake. Just imagining you going out of your way to grasp a single strand of hair, stick it in an envelope and send it off and paying quite a lot of money for it!
