Damn I feel your pain fam but are your barbers black? If they are I recommend finding a spanish barber. Puerto-Rican barbers know how to cut your type of hair better than the barbers I would go to. But definitely hit up a spanish barber shop they do tapers right.

Yeah, i went to a black barber but thats no excuse to why they couldn't cut my hair right. I see hella mixed dudes with waaaaay straighter hair than me able to get cuts in there. Hell, i even seen them cut asian dudes. Black barbers SHOULD be the most versatile of all barbers because Black people's hair ranges from super soft and straight to tightly knitted and nappy.
I am tentative about if Spanish barbers can hook up the waves because last time i went to a spanish barber, he didn't even know how to line me up and when he did line me up, he gave me big ass square side burns that weren't even. They just know how to do fades and sh*t.
I don't know. If i ever, and this is a big IF, ever decide to let a barber cut my waves again, i am gonna go into depth detail of how i want it cut, show him pics and keep remindin him how i want it until the cut is done. NO MORE BS.

*Very Important* Remember Frizzle is out in the west coast and there aint many puerto ricans or dominicans out there it's mainly mexicans and they don't cut hair as well is the PR's and the DR's.
Then he tried to make the situation better by puttin some stank ass wave gel on my hair after the cut and then sprayin that sh!t with water. I think he made it worse because i atleast saw a few ripples after cut, now my hair was stickin up all over the place.

All I can say is grow it back out. Its there but you just gotta grow it back. Youll start seeing ripples again around week 2 or 3 and by week 4 or 5 your texture will come out and you gone be spinnin again bro.

Not really. I just got scalped yesterday so nothin has really changed. I applied doogro megathick right before i slept last night. Still brushin as i usually do but my sh*t is so straight right now.
I told you guys before that you have to find a barber that everyone wants to go to. By that I mean if 90 percent of the customers want their hair cut by one person in the shop, you should invest your cash in him. Trust me 50 people don't line up for 1 man or woman to get a bad cut.

damn, i feel ya too man, i can't get lower than a 2 wtg right now with my texture. but three-six right, by puttin gel and water in ur hair is what messed u up the most. u prolly won't see much for a week or two. i'm glad i have a good barber, homie knows what the f**k he's doing.
the best suggestion i can think of right now, since u seem determined to be waving, is just get wtg cuts from now on for a little while, even tho u may prefer an atg cut (i know i do), for the sake of waves a wtg cut is a better idea for now. a decent barber can give a fresh ass wtg cut, but u gotta get edges a little more often. i usually can't do anything but a #2 wtg, kuz 3 don't hardly take sh*t off. and yah, u prolly lookin at a kinda long wolfin session right now, but i'm in the same boat so i feel ya. ur sh*t'll be lookin good again in no time.

eh but u know frizzle that when u start puttin the doogro etc in ur hair
ur hairs gonna start getting thicker then it already is
(indian hemp was makin my hair THICKER
on top of the thickness i already had)
so ur hairs gonna get really thick and its gonna seem like u need a cut faster then usual
when i went to get my last cut
my barber was like DAMN YOUR HAIR THICK AS HELL
everyone was lookin at my hair and waves like wtf
but the 7 weeks taht i was wolfing
felt like the 15+ i did
im not sayin u shouldnt put the doogro in it
but im just tellin ya that ur hairs gonna get thick as hell if u use it for a few weeks
lol. Hell yeah i was pissed in that pic. That was just after gettin scalped and 7 weeks of hard work and bad hair days flushed down the toilet.
I gotta get my hands on that Hollywood super gro formula but i can't find it at this Korean hair supply shop i always go to. I think imma cop that indian hemp tho. I don't know tho if thicker hair equates to waves becuase i really need length rather than denser hair. My hair is already hella thick. I felt like all that doogro did for me these past few days is speed up growth around my line up. Now i need another line up soon.
