Because of the daily intake of nutritions. If you lose more then what your suppose to take in, It is considered unhealthy. So then people eat more and try to burn more. Sounds good, but it is not. Cash is doing great gaining but what will happen when he gets to point where he want to stop??? The more binge eatting he is doing expands his stomach making him hungry more often. It is going to suck when he wants to stop eating as much or getting his stomach smaller.

True because it is unhealthy. It take 3000 calories to gain a pound. The average male consumption per day is between 2200-2600 calories a day.

Yeah they say that because you lose energy but you also run the risk of gaining even more weight if you lose too much weight too fast. And inbetween meals I grab either an apple,2 carrots, or a yogurt(Trix preferably lol) yummy!!!!

LOL I'mma keep eating but just start "cutting" once i get to my desired size. In other works I'm gonna be eating completely healthy food, working out, and doing more cardio to drop my body fat so i can be lean muscle
