Also Gris I need you to answer this question I got on Protein. So I'm trying to lose weight and tone up right now. So would it make sense to hold back excess protein right now. My diet currently looks like this. Breakfast: 4
eggs
2 Pieces Of Wheat Toast 2 pieces of Turkey Bacon
Lunch:
Chicken breast 1/2 Cup Of Rice
Dinner:
Lean steak/Chicken/???
Broccoli
Leaves alot to be desired.

also don't hold back on protein. You still need that to gain muscle and lose body fat. Don't worry to much about it because your body is still growing. I didn't weight train until I became 18-19

With protein shakes I was thinking of making my own. Two cups of milk,. Two scoops of whey protein powder. Some tablespoons of peanut butter and some eggs.
