My diet is a laid back option... I make a lot of meal replacement meals....Because I use to eat like Cash.. But I started to dislike some of my favorite foods... So I get most of my calories and protein from a blender...

-2 cups of 2% milk
-1 cup of raw oatmeal
-4 teaspoons of peanut butter
-2 teaspoons of olive oil
-**Add your favorite protein**
-sometimes ice-cream ( for extra calories even if its sugar-

But this way may not work for you.... I have a really fast metabolism and my body naturally burns most of the fat I eat.

Aight dont exactly kno how 2 set up a diet, so can u guys help me out? Here's what I got 2 work wit.

Eggs
pancakes
bacon
cereal
oatmeal
bread
cheese 
 
Chicken breast
Chicken wings
Pork chops
Polishes
Steak
Cambells chunky soup
Hot dogs
 
 
Brown rice
Hamburger helper(lasagna, beef pasta, etc)
Potatos
Corn
Biscuits
Peanut butter
Jelly
Apples 
 
 
Protein powder
 
 
Thats pretty much what I got 2 work wit. Can anybody help me put 2gether a lil eating schedule?
 
Maybe somebody can post foods that I can eat and split em up in groups like Breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner foods.

@ Meech yes he can, but here is a tool I used to use it is called fitday.com sign up there and you can enter in your foods and see what the percentage is of fat, protein, carbohydrates, and calories

Where can you get those weight vests? I usually carry a backpack with 80 pounds of weight,strapping it tight and acting like its a vest....lol

f**k it dat take away all da sh*t I like. I'm only 140. I aint tryna b mr healthy. i just wanna put on some lbs. All dis healthy sh*t aint 4 me.

 

And dont b tryna go on my chunky soup LOL.

Fat and calories are the things you don't want. Actually they give you energy but you do not want to consume more then needed. But seriously guys becareful gaining all this weight. It will be hard to maintain. A health lifestyle is not a temporary job, but instead a lifetime career.

@ Ced...Its fine to eat raw eggs...some people are just scared to because they think that they may be the 1 in 10,000 to get salmonella. I never got the runs but that may be because i eat foods with fiber daily (oatmeal, etc).
 
Although, its actually better to cook your eggs because by drinking it raw you're losing half the amount of protein (which drops a large egg down to about 4 grams). 
 
 
@ Sleepy...I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL!!! Like Gristyle said; this is a lifestyle. As a matter of fact my roomates just went to McDonalds and i had to grit my teeth and tell em that i'm not going. LOL
