Im so sorry to hear about everyones problems with Bliss. I really thought they might be a top notch hair supplier since they had gotten so many rave reviews on some of the other boards.
Totally not anyone's fault from this board or the black media forum. Perhaps this is a substandard shipment they're trying to offload.
After looking at that indianhairs.com and seeing the hordes of women sitting there (are they sweat shop workers or are these the ladies getting their hair chopped off?), I had the creepiest feeling. Then visions of lice and critters in the hair started really vibing me.
Bliss hair smells weird. No other way to describe it. I have no idea what they put on that hair but it's odd. You hold it up to your face and smell it and you're like... what IS that smell? It's too perfume based to be a lice and nit treatment but it's not completely offensive that you're immediately repulsed. All I know is that I had to put it in a ziplock bag and shove it back in its package before I lost my mind.
PS: Sorry for not returning off the board email with those who've written. I just changed ISPs and I'm unable to send out. I'll respond as soon as I'm able to work out the kinks.
AMM, That "india hair pic" is creepy. Women in India would never cut their...they feel it's way to precious. They are cutting their hair off to sacrifice to the gods. I believe it's done inside a religious temple. Then the money grabber comes along and grabs up piles of hair, processes the hell out of it, and sends it to us.
