and here is what somebody posted in response to the other member wanting to lose 10 pounds in 3 days by the way this is hardcore this is FYI don't use this diet for more than a few days without at least stacking on your Mega Men vitamins thats a J-Kid85 recommendation:
*First, drink at least a gallon of water a day.
Then eat five grapefruit a day. Peal them like an orange, don't cut them in half and use a spoon. The high fiber will clean out your bowels.
eat and drink nothing else.
I dropped 15 pounds in six days, and more importantly (for the tape test) took two inches off my waist.

nope its like your depleting your body of nutrients and you lose weight, then when you get those nutrients back you gain the weight back. Thats why when muscular people go to the hospital for days or weeks they lose muscle mass, but they can easliy gain it back once they get back into the groove of things. That is why i tell you all take weight training slow. Don't try to find short cuts

I don't know about that I would be hungry as hell

BAD NEWS: I hurt my shoulder while doing inclines (took the bar down too far). It was hurting so a trainer at the gym said to not do any strenuous chest excersizes for 2 weeks!! But i can still do push ups, curls, work on my abs and my legs.

You wouldn't want that cash. He looks dehydrated but only do that if your doing a show. But what will happen is you hurt yourself even more??? You will be out longer and you will lose progress. But if you eat healthy like I keep stressing you will be ok. But if you keep eatting like you do, your going to lose progress in two days

thanx for the info @Gristyle...by the way, What do you mean by "if you keep eatting like you do, your going to lose progress in two days"
Am I eating too much? I switched from steak to lean chicken breast (i make it into a sandwhich with 100% whole wheat bread), plus i eat a veggie about 3x a day, a fruit 2x, and rice 4 times a day (plus i have fat free milk and cottage cheese).
What they suggest on that site is to eat a lot (but healthy) while having a good workout routine if you want to get bigger. Then after that (when my muscles get bigger), they say to eat even healthier while doing a lot of cardio (to lose body fat and be more lean).
But what kind of diet do you suggest?

The problem I have is not the nutrition quality, but the intake quantity. You will get big but your training your stomach to eat alot. So when you get to a size you want to be, it will be very hard to stop eating as much. Also you gain the weight you eat two days after comsumption.
