Thinking about a Layered Bob Haircut.

Hi, I'm thinking about getting this haircut. I got medium length hair its around my shoulders. I like to go short but not too short not pixie like. My question is how short is this bob haircut? I had medium short hair before I like it. The reason why I'm thinking about this is because my class reunion is coming up in July and also I work second shift at a factory and gets so hot in the summer at where I work so I was think this cut might work with me. I never had short hair before either so any advice for me. I'm going to get my haircut sometime this week. I forgot to add I got thick hair and this picture on the left is my hair looks like right now. I think my face shape is oval like too.

Think about a just-below-earlobe bob, stacked a bit shorter in the back. It will let your dangly earrings peek out below the bottom edge. I love that cut on myself, and I have straightish hair with an oval face.

I love having a bob... When my hair gets longer I always get the urge to cut it short into a bob. I suggest if you do go with a bob keep it just below your hair line in the back... Then there's no shaving or anything like that. My stylist actually suggested it to me last time I cut my hair and it's easily managable to curl under or out.

Hi, I got a haircut after I post this I got cut a little short but I chicken out on getting a bob. Now my hair is getting a little long now. I decide on getting a bob now not chicken out this time. Does anybody got any pictures or links of a lip length bob haircut now? I'm thinking of getting this style or the layered bob style? I'm getting my haircut done next month right before my ten year class reunion so I'm debating on kind of bob hairstyle that I'm going to get.
