anyways i have sorta long hair in the front and it just looks like its getting to thick and i wanted to know how i can cut it thinner,what kind of cut is that called?I dont want to cut the length off just make it not so thick.Also i heard about razorcuts or lazers or something,what exactly is that and can i get a cut like that in a place like SuperCuts or somethin.thanks for any replys.
My birthday is on September 9th!dang thats like practically in a year. :(

I find that a lot of commercial haircutting salons like SuperCuts don't have a lot of stylists using or familiar with the razor cut. I would suggest this particular cut for your predicament, though. If you go to SuperCuts and ask them to thin your hair, chances are they will use a pair of thinning sheers that look much like scissors. You crunch them down on the hair, and they cut of small hairs at different points to create a thinner look.
Unfortunately, though, it's not the best method for your hair. By using a razor on the hair, it lays much better and also has the appearance of a "softer" look, rather than blunt edges.
I would suggest you find a middle of the road salon in your area- not the cheapest, and not the most expensive, and request a razor cut.
