a pretty hairdo for waistlong hair or longer

Here is a really nice looking hair-do if your hair is down to your waist or longer. It can look kind of formal for a special occasion, or you can just wear it anytime:

1. Braid your hair either at the back of the neck or a little higher (either way works, but I prefer the higher look). Make sure that it is a good, nice looking braid. (If your braid gets really thin at the end, this probably won't look good.)

2.Make a circle with the braid on top of your head-the longer the braid is, the bigger the circle can be. Because it is a circle, the end of the braid should be near the base of the braid. I usually pin the end of the braid under the base of the braid so that it doesn't stick out. Bobby-pin the braid up- I use thin, weak bobby-pins so I can bend and twist them to keep my hair up.

3. Now you can add fun stuff- butterfly clips, hair jewels, flowers, whatever! Curling a few little strands of hair at the front can make it look more formal.
