My hair is thick and kinda curly if i put it in a poneytail or something like that than my cap wont fit on over it.I really don't want to have it down because it frizzes out sometimes. Please give me some suggestions

Braids!!! I do something special with mine, though. Start w/ 2 braids and if you have shoulder-long hair, put it in one band. If it's longer, put it in one about shoulder lenth and put it into an evenly segmented braid after that.
=== --- --- --= <-like that. Pretend each = is a double braid and - is single, and is a band. Good luck!! :)

WEll, i don't have curly hair, so i'm probably not that much of a help, but, here are a couple suggestions.

~Could you buy some kind of product that would cut down on frizz? If so, then wear it down, cuz that always looks the best with the caps on.
~Maybe try wearing it half up. Like a half bun or ponytail. That way you won't look bald under you cap, and the bun could hopefull still fit underneath the cap.
