Hi, I just wanted to know if kelp helps with hair growth. On a message board--I think it was on this site--I read that someone took kelp supplements and their hair grew 2" in one month. Whether or not they were quite accurate is unknown to me, but I really want to know because I have heard this, and I'm trying to grow my shoulder-length hair out. So if you have any information or you posted the message concerning kelp and hair growth, please respond here..I will be notified when someone replies.
