I need help with a new style please....

I`ve tried asking help before from lisaluvscreed but she hasn`t reponded yet so I thought I would try again, hoping that more people will be able to give me advice.
My hair is an inch past my shoulders, it`s dirty blonde, it`s layred in the front (I have bangs, I would look bad without them :-)), and the texture is normal.
I`ve had it styled the same way for the past 3 years, and I`m getting kind of tired of it....
I want something sexy or cute, something like that, just looking for something new.
Advice will be greatly appreciated!
